Was responsible for the overall project schedule and progress control, arranged meeting agenda and work assignment, designed the appropriate questionnaire, collect the questionnaires and analyzed the data;
compiled the first two parts of the thesis, and responsible for the thesis defense.

Outstanding training capabilities and communication skills: benefited from the ERP implementation experience in my 2015 internship, I gained solid experience in delivering trainings, in addition during my study at university, I got many chances of presentation and my communication skills has been keeping improving;
